Welcome to Acupuncture Marketing Pros (“AMP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

1. Services Provided
AMP offers digital marketing services, including but not limited to web design, hosting, SEO, PPC management, branding, social media marketing, booking system integration, and digital strategy consultation, primarily for acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) providers.
All services are subject to availability and AMP reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service without notice.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services.
Clients are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of all content and materials provided for use in marketing.
- Reviewing and approving deliverables in a timely manner.
- Complying with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations and professional licensing standards.
We are not responsible for client-provided materials that violate third-party rights or applicable laws.
3. Payment Terms
All fees are due according to the payment schedule provided at the start of services.
- Invoices are payable within the negotiated time period.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
- All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
AMP reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior written notice.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AMP retains ownership of all intellectual property, including but not limited to:
- Website code and frameworks
- Marketing strategies and materials
- Proprietary software or tools
Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes only.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AMP is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- AMP’s total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
- AMP is not responsible for any loss resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control (e.g., third-party service outages, cyberattacks, natural disasters).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMP, its officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
- AMP provides services “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee specific results, website rankings, patient numbers, or revenue increases.
- Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of services.
Confidentiality obligations shall survive the termination of the engagement.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.
Upon termination:
- Client must pay all outstanding fees for services rendered.
- Access to AMP platforms, services, and materials will be revoked.
AMP reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services for breach of these Terms.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new Effective Date.
Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
